Scarborough ON - In the Morningside community of Scarborough, an ongoing Podium Developments project has recently been granted approval on a new building application that will permit the construction of a 26-storey rental apartment tower located near the U of T Scarborough campus. With plans for a project on this site dating as far back as 2014, finding the right developer to move construction forward here has been a long time coming.
