On a 3.5-acre undeveloped parcel found within a corridor of apartment towers, the proposal is for a five-building development located directly adjacent to Guildwood GO Train Station and the future Eglinton East LRT corridor and will allow for users to directly access both transit systems from their doorstep. A significant portion of the entire rental project will be for affordable units, and all units will range from bachelors to 4-bedrooms in both apartment and stacked townhouse forms. Modern indoor and amenities, proposed community flex space (daycare) an underground parking garage and a new private street are proposed, along with a surface direct link to the GO train station through the site. The buildings and site are targeting Tier 2 Green Development Standards, making it one of the more sustainable projects in the City. Buildings will also face and frame onto the adjacent public park.
